Availability may depend on:

• applicable passenger-rights legislation;
• airline;
• flight route;
• Passenger residence;
• operational feasibility;
• legal restrictions; and
• local requirements concerning third-party claims representation.

Submission through doclaim.net does not guarantee that DoClaim can accept the claim.

Where DoClaim determines that it cannot lawfully or reasonably provide the service for a particular claim, DoClaim may decline or close the claim without a Success Fee where no compensation has been recovered.

DoClaim does not provide court representation in any jurisdiction under its standard service.
