How it works

1. 1. Check your flight

   Enter your flight number and date. We compare it with EU Regulation 261/2004 and show a provisional estimate.

2. 2. Sign online

   You sign a power of attorney so we can contact the airline for you. Every adult passenger signs their own.

3. 3. We deal with the airline

   We send the claim, answer the airline and keep you updated. You can see every step in your claim page.

4. 4. You get paid

   When the airline pays, we deduct our fee from the compensation and send you the rest.

You can also claim directly from the airline yourself for free.
